Developed branding for a new series at Meta featuring a deeper look into Hackathons

Hackathons have always been an integral part of Meta’s culture and as the company grows, to maintain and humanize that element, the series was created to highlight employees who participated and hear from them about the experience.

Challenge was to develop a brand that had the essence of hackathons and building. Using Meta’s poster culture and bold lettering as inspiration with idea of things ‘in-progress’ led to the finalized identity.
Engineering leadership was able to start the series on schedule, incorporating this into their materials and were prepared with a toolkit for future content such as video and more.
